The EREGCE Conference review process will be single-blind, i.e. the names of Reviewers will not be revealed to the authors. To achieve this, authors are not allowed to ask any information about reviewers.
To avoid conflict of interest between authors and reviewers, all co-author information and a complete and accurate list of domain conflicts must be entered in the submission form by the submission deadline.
Single-blind review: reviewers know the identity of authors, but authors don't know the identity of reviewers. Submissions will be sent to reviewers once they are checked by editors in term of relevance to theme of conference, formatting, pages, and etc. Authors have chance to modify the submission during this process.
Duplicate Check & Anti-Plagiarism Policy: Every paper should be checked via CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other duplicate checking systems. Otherwise, the authors should be responsible for the result of rejection due to plagiarism. All papers that are suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be announced publicly on this conference website.
EREGCE papers are subject to the standard Copyright Agreement and Ethics. Papers submitted to EREGCE must not be discussed with the media until they have been officially accepted for publication. Violations of the embargo will result in the paper being removed from the conference proceedings.
