Please submit the full paper via Paper Management System. Before you submit your papers, please check all the information and make sure your papers are the final files.
Originality: The submitted papers must not be published or under consideration elsewhere.
The EREGCE Conference review process will be single-blind, i.e. the names of Reviewers will not be revealed to the authors. To achieve this, authors are not allowed to ask any information about reviewers. To avoid conflict of interest between authors and reviewers, all co-author information and a complete and accurate list of domain conflicts must be entered in the submission form by the submission deadline.
- Review Process
Single-blind review: reviewers know the identity of authors, but authors don't know the identity of reviewers. Submissions will be sent to reviewers once they are checked by editors in term of relevance to theme of conference, formatting, pages, and etc. Authors have chance to modify the submission during this process.
- Initial Check by assistant editors: The relevance between the manuscripts and the theme of the conference is the main focus. If the submission are not in accordance with requirements, it will be rejected. Additionally, the editors will check every essential part of the paper. The submissions will be sent back to authors to modify if it has problems of formatting or other issues.
- Peer review by experts: All manuscripts are subject to peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. Once a manuscript passes the initial checks by assistant editors, it will be assigned to at least two independent experts for peer review. A single-blind review is applied, where authors' identities are not known to reviewers.
- Final review by guest editors: Guest editors are responsible for all rebuttals and they would review all materials, only if more than half of guest editors agree will the manuscript be submitted to publisher.
Duplicate Check & Anti-Plagiarism Policy: Every paper should be checked via CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other duplicate checking systems. Otherwise, the authors should be responsible for the result of rejection due to plagiarism. All papers that are suspected of plagiarism will not be published and will be announced publicly on this conference website.
- Publication
EREGCE papers are subject to the standard Copyright Agreement and Ethics. Papers submitted to EREGCE must not be discussed with the media until they have been officially accepted for publication. Violations of the embargo will result in the paper being removed from the conference proceedings.
