- Full Paper Submission
Authors are required to submit Full Papers in Word (6-10 pages, including figures, tables, references, etc.) and Please prepare your papers on the basis of Template & Instruction.
- Submission Deadlines
The submission process will comprise two phases:
You will register your intention-to-submit by 23:59, Pacific Time, December 2, 2021 23:59, Pacific Time, March 28, 2022. You will NOT be able to submit your full manuscript without registering an intention-to-submit. Submissions can be edited until the deadline and the full paper is not required before the full manuscript submission deadline below.
The full manuscript submission deadline will be by 23:59, Pacific Time, October 20, 2021
23:59, Pacific Time, February 28, 2022. There will be no extension.

Please send the full paper(word; 6-10 pages) to eregce@126.com. Before you submit your papers, please check all the information and make sure your papers are the final files.
- Manuscript Format and Preparation
Papers should be submitted electronically in searchable word format following the guidelines for MS Word templates. No modifications to the templates are permitted. Failure to abide by the formatting guidelines will result in immediate rejection of the paper.
Originality: The submitted papers must not be under consideration elsewhere.
The EREGCE Conference review process will be single-blind, i.e. the names of the Area Chairs and Reviewers will be hidden from authors, and the names of Reviewers and Area Chairs will not be revealed to the authors. To achieve this, authors are not allowed to ask any information about reviewers. At the discretion of the Program Chairs, a paper may be rejected without further review when it is in blatant breach of these anonymization rules.
To avoid conflict of interest between authors and reviewers, all co-author information and a complete and accurate list of domain conflicts must be entered in the submission form by the submission deadline. Your paper may be rejected if full authorship and domain conflicts are not disclosed.
The papers will be evaluated by three external reviewers and 1-3 Area Chairs for potential inclusion in the scientific program of EREGCE.
- Review Process
Single-blind review: reviewers know the identity of authors, but authors don’ t know the identity of reviewers. Submissions will be sent to reviewers once they are checked by editors in term of relevance to theme of conference, formatting, pages, and etc. Authors has chance to modify the submission before it is sent to reviewers.
Duplicate Check & Anti-Plagiarism Policy: Every paper should be checked via CrossCheck, Turnitin, or other duplicate checking systems at their own expense. Otherwise, the authors should be responsible for the result of rejection due to plagiarism. All papers that are suspected of plagiarism will not be published or indexed and will be announced publicly on this conference website.
- Publication
EREGCE papers are subject to the standard Copyright Agreement and Ethics. Papers submitted to EREGCE must not be discussed with the media until they have been officially accepted for publication. Violations of the embargo will result in the paper being removed from the conference and proceedings.

Oral Presentation
Plenary talks: duration of 40 min plus 5 min for discussion;
Regular oral presentations: duration of 12 min plus 3 min for discussion
Presentations should be prepared in Powerpoint© format (.ppt or .pptx). At the venue, you should upload it using a memory stick as early as possible, but no later than the break preceding your session. If you belong to one of the first morning sessions, you are kindly asked to upload your presentation at least 15 min before the scheduled start of the session, or at the end of the afternoon sessions of the day before.
